Community at The Healing Space
At The Healing Space, we are dedicated to creating a sanctuary where you can relax and reset your nervous system. Our goal is to provide an environment that nurtures calm, mindfulness, and healing for all who visit.
When you arrive, we invite you to make yourself at home. Slip off your shoes (or use our shoe covers), pour yourself a cup of tea or filtered water, and settle into the peaceful atmosphere. Browse through our collection of books, stretch in the yoga room, lie on the soothing infrared mat, treat yourself to aromatherapy, or bask in the glow of the light box—all before or after your scheduled session.
To preserve this sense of tranquility, we ask for your help in cultivating calm during our therapeutic hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During this time. we ask that you turn off you cellphones and maintain a reflective quiet in the space .
Outside these hours, The Healing Space will come alive with opportunities for laughter, connection, and play. We look forward to sharing these moments with you in a space where healing takes many forms.
