Jennifra is so good at creating a safe, nonjudgmental and lighthearted space. She believes that there’s way too much emphasis put on posing and not enough on compassion. Her teaching style lends itself to teaching each student how to practice within their own individual range.

Introduction to Yoga Vs. Osteoporosis
This workshop will introduce participants to Yoga Vs. Osteoporosis (YvO), which is based on the work of Dr. Loren Fishman whose research examines the effects of yoga on osteoporosis and has been shown to build bone in an eight year study. The session, led by Jeanne Cutrona, RYT-500, will briefly cover osteoporosis treatment options, review the research, assumptions, and principles of YvO, and include demonstrations of the postures in the YvO sequence. Following the session, for those interested in pursuing this practice on a regular basis, the intention is to offer weekly YvO classes for folks to learn and build their personal YvO practice.
