Six Week Yoga Workshop

A spiritual journey as well as a brilliant health care practice.

This class is perfect for people who think they can’t do yoga! If you can breathe, you can practice yoga. If you’re a seasoned yogi, why not revisit the basics?

 Jennifra is so good at creating a safe, nonjudgmental and lighthearted space. She believes that there’s way too much emphasis put on posing and not enough on compassion. Her teaching style lends itself to teaching each student how to practice within their own individual range. 

All you need to bring is your willingness + a smile.

After years of dabbling, Jennifra committed to an 8 week yoga course as a New Year resolution in 1999. That was the start of a fascination that continues today. She has dedicated many years to studying anatomy & physiology, biomechanics along with

Ayurveda, yoga philosophy and pranayama (breath mastery). In addition, maintaining a clinical neuromuscular therapy & traditional Thai massage practice provide a keen knowledge of the body. This depth of knowledge allows Jennifra to provide a safe, practical and enjoyable experience for all practitioners.Jennifra is a certified Kripalu yoga instructor, trained at the Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA. She also draws on the vast experience of studying with master teachers in the Iyengar tradition.In her classes, Jennifra invites her students to practice compassionate acceptance of themselves and to find physical well-being and calm through yoga.
