Ancient healers recognized that the health of the body and mind are deeply interconnected. While modern medicine excels at treating acute illnesses and injuries, it often falls short in helping people create mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Strong, sustainable health begins with our daily habits. Our mind influences every cell in our body, just as our physical health has a profound effect on our mental state. At The Healing Space, we focus on four foundational pillars of health:

Programs & Services

We offer integrative health programs and services to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. Integrative is the key word. Health is not attained by focusing only on the body or only on the mind or only on one or two foundational practices or supplements or foods. 

We create food health by working with the dynamic interplay of what we think, what we feel, what we ingest, how we move, how we sleep, and how we relate to friends, family and community. Toward this end we offer a variety of programs and services, and based on your feedback we will constantly be refining these and creating new ones.
